We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time.

The petitioner has made allegations about violations of COVID19 norms while distributing the district teachers award in the public function held on 18.6.2021, arranged by the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. According to the petitioner, no action has been taken on his complaint submitted with the District Magistrate, Aurangabad. However, it appears that though the petitioner has sent complaints through mail to the Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary of State of Maharashtra, however, no complaint has been submitted before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner

Leave granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, as aforesaid.
