ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body and learned counsel for the respondent No.1-original claimant as well as learned AGP for respondents No.2 and 3. Perused the application and other relevant documents produced on record.

Pursuant to order of this Court, dated 14-06-2019, the applicant - Acquiring Body has deposited decreetal amount in this Court. The original claimant was also allowed to withdraw some of the portion of decreetal amount deposited in proceeding of CA/2942/2020 in FAST/15532/2019. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep present application alive on board. Hence, the Civil Application for stay stands disposed of being nugatory one. No order as to costs. Sd./- [ K.
