Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 06.06.2018 whereby registration of his civil application for condonation of delay was refused for non-supply of copies to certain respondents. There is also a huge delay for filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 06.06.2018 stands recalled and the civil application for condonation of delay be restored for removal of office objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the Government Pleaders' Library, High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad within the aforesaid period.
