This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the Acquiring Body.

Learned counsel for the applicants pointed out that, in case of similarly situated claimant, this Court (Coram: Mangesh S. Patil, J.) has permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body vide orders dated 13.11.2019 (this order is corrected by speaking to minutes order dated 18.11.2019) passed in Civil Application No.10505 of 2019 in FA/396/2017.

Learned AGP as well as learned counsel for respondent no.3 - acquiring body have no objection for withdrawal of compensation amount in terms of orders passed in CA/10505/2019 in FA/396/2017 4.

In view of the above, applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount deposited in this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety. 5.
