Mr. Kendre h/f. Mr. Adgaonkar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to the order dated 1st August 2025, particularly at clause no.4, the parties are directed to carry out necessary amendment in the title cause of the proceedings. Mr. Kendre further submits that the amendment could not be carried out within 14 days from the date of passing of the said order. As a result, the Registry has not allowed the applicants to carry out the amendment. 2.

In view of this, he seeks direction to the Registry to permit the applicants to carry out necessary amendment.

In view of the above, applicants to carry out the amendment as directed/permitted by this Court vide order dated 1st August 2025, within two weeks from today.

The Registry to allow the applicants to carry out such amendment within two weeks from today.
