After having heard the Petitioners' Advocate at some length and finding that the Petitioners rely upon the award of the Permanent LokAdalat and that there is a remedy under the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 particularly by Section 21(1) which has already been invoked and the execution proceedings are pending, if not pending, are capable of being revived, it would not be proper to express any opinion on the merits of the claim. The award of the Lok-Adalat is dated 14.03.1999. The Writ Petition is filed on 07.05.2016.

It is in these circumstances that we do not think that we should issue any prerogative writ to the State and it's officers. The Petitioners are free to pursue the remedy already invoked. We dispose of this Writ Petition on this short ground.
