Criminal application is for modification of earlier orders dated 25.03.2025 and 04.04.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No.1029 of 2024.

I have gone through paragraph No.12 of the order dated 25.03.2025, which is subsequently modified vide order dated 04.04.2025. There is technical difficulty for furnishing bank guarantee. Applicants are ready to furnish cash surety instead of bank guarantee. Request is reasonable and no prejudice will be caused to anybody. For the reasons stated in application, it deserves to be allowed.

Criminal application is allowed.

The orders dated 25.03.2025 and 04.04.2025 to the extent of bank guarantee of Rs.50,000/- shall be modified by cash surety of Rs.50,000/-.
