Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

By way of present petition, the petitioners assail the order dated 10.10.2022 passed below Exhibit-1 by the learned District Judge, Latur in Civil Misc Application No.109 of 2022, whereby the learned District Judge allowed the application filed by the natural guardian of the applicant.

Mr. Gundre, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the order passed by the learned District Judge, the property is already sold out.

In view thereof, once the property is already sold out, the present petition has become infructuous. However, if the petitioner challenge the same by filing appropriate proceeding, the same shall be considered by the concerned in accordance with law.
