PER COURT :- It is noticed that the appeals are pending challenging the Award passed by the Reference Court. It is pointed out that, the condition imposed by this Court, while granting stay to the execution of the Award has not been complied with and as such, the stay granted in the first Appeal automatically stands vacated. The petitioners have also presented the Execution Application to the Civil Court. It would be open for the petitioners to get the Awards executed by adopting the mode prescribed under the Civil Procedure Code.
