Perused the dying declarations at Exhibit 61 and Exhibit 74. Upon perusal of the contents of the dying declarations, prima facie, it appears that they are consistent so far role attributed to the husband Yogesh and mother-in-law Kamalbai of the deceased. In that view of the matter, case is established for allowing this Application. 3.
The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A", "B", "C" and "F". The Application is accordingly disposed of. 4.
Appeal Admit.

Issue notices to the respondents upon admission of the appeal. 6.
Action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to follow against the respondents, before Sessions Court, Dhule. 7.
Registry of this Court to send back the original record to the Registry of Sessions Court at Dhule. Upon receiving original record, Registry of Sessions Court at Dhule to prepare paper-book and send the same along with the original record to this Court as expeditiously as possible.
