The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, they have deposited entire award amount before this Court. Hence, requested to stay the impugned order till the final disposal of the Appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that, they have not deposited the penalty amount as directed by the learned Trial Court as no pre-requisite notice was issued to them prior imposing the penalty. Hence, they have not deposited the amount.
