Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant was granted temporary bail on the undertaking to deposit the money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has deposited the money as he had promised before this Court. Therefore, the order granting him temporary bail dated 22.05.2024 may kindly be confirmed.

Learned APP submits that the applicant has deposited the money as promised. Nothing is to be recovered from him. The applicant was a borrower. The crime was registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the MPID Act.

The papers reveal that the investigation has been completed. The crime was registered in 2022. Nothing is to be recovered from him. He has roots at the place of his residence. The order granting temporary bail was a detailed order that needs to be confirmed. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.
