Heard. Perused the evidence on record and particularly the evidence of eye witness. In our opinion, prima facie it appears that the findings recorded by the trial Court are not in consonance with the evidence on record. Case is established for grant of leave. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses A, B, C & F and disposed of. 2.
Appeal is admitted.
