1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. This court under order dated 27th March, 2018 allowed the applicant to serve notice to respondent No.2 through paper publication. The permission was granted to publish notice in news paper `Deccan Chronical'. But, now the applicants are intending to get the notice published in another news paper. Hence, applicants filed present application. 2] Considering the nature of subject matter, and reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to allow the application. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and same stands disposed of accordingly.
