The order under review does not require any change. The learned Counsel for the applicant indicated that the order is slightly erroneous because the petition was filed not for seeking permission to start a new Ashram School but to challenge the order cancelling recognition given to such School. In any case subsequent event i.e. order of the Hon'ble Minister dated 31.01.2012 clearly

ra136.15 indicated that as per the order passed by this Court the petition was allowed to make a representations for appropriate relief and on merits. The Hon'ble Minister refused to grant such relief to the petitioner. The petitioner thus has new cause of action for which the petitioner has always liberty to take steps review of order which is already utilized is not required.

Review petition stands disposed of.

In view of this the Civil Application No.11681 of 2015 does not survive and disposed of.
