The issue is with regard to appointment orders pursuant to

2 wp 5427.14 the selection process conducted in the year 2011. Though the respondents had filed affidavit resisting the contentions in the writ petition, Mr. Bedre, the learned counsel has placed on record the communication dated 17.06.2015 issued by the respondents thereby directing the Registrar, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapith, Rahuri to complete the selection process. 2.

Considering the above, it appears that, the directions are already given to the university to complete the selection process as per the letter dated 11.05.2015.

In the light of the above, we dispose of the writ petitions. In case the petitioners are aggrieved by any further steps not being taken by the university or find some irregularity, the petitioners are at liberty to assail the same. No costs. [ V. K.
