Record indicates that in pursuance of order dated 06.09.2021, the notice of fnal disposal of the present petition has been duly served upon respondent nos.2, 4, 6 and 7. Despite service, respondent nos.4 and 6 are absent and therefore, present petition proceed against them exparte.

Perusal of the petition reveals that, the petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground on the post of Shikshan Sevak with efect from 10.09.201.. However the respondent nos.6 and 7 are not forwarding her proposal for approval to the respondent no.3. 3.
Record indicates that, by a letter dated 19.01.2021, the respondent no.3 had directed the respondent nos.6/7 to submit the proposal for approval of appointment of the petitioner to his ofce, however till date the same is not forwarded by respondent nos.6 and 7. 1/2
951-wp-7589-2021.odt It is the precise grievance of the petitioner in the present petition. 4.
In view of the above, the respondent nos.6 and 7 are hereby directed to forward proposal of the petitioner for approval to respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of present order.
If the respondent nos.6 and 7 fail to forward the said proposal to respondent no.3, the respondent no.3 is directed to initiate appropriate stringent action as may be permissible under the law against respondent nos.6 and 7 including withdrawal of recognition of the concerned school run by respondent nos.6 and 7, by the respondent no.5.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
