The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to file an application for discharge before the trial Court. The petitioner is at liberty to file application for discharge before the trial Court, if so desired. Upon filing of such application seeking discharge, it is for the trial Court to decide the same on it's own merits.
