Learned Counsel for respondent No. 3 on instructions submitted that, the proposal of the petitioner seeking change in caste in the school record will be decided by the concerned Authority, as per provisions of law, within a period of four months form the date of receipt of the present Order. Said statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the statement made by learned Advocate for respondent No. 3, nothing further survives in the petition at this stage. 3.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4.
