This petition is filed for seeking directions to the respondents to consider the proposal for starting English Medium School at Shahada and also setting aside the order dated 22nd May, 2013 in respect of rejection of proposal.

The submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner show that some deficiencies were found in the proposal submitted by the petitioner and they were directed by the respondents to remove the deficiencies. He submits that the petitioner has already removed the deficiencies and is ready to comply with the other requirements also, if the specific directions are given by the respondent authorities. It is submitted that the proposal needs to be considered for the next academic year 2018-2019 for permission to start School on self finance basis. 4.

We are of the opinion that the respondents need to consider the proposal of the petitioner. If there is deficiency, within one month from today the deficiency needs to be pointed out. Within fift een days thereafter, the petitioner shall remove the deficiencies shown by the respondents. The decision on the proposal of the petitioner shall be taken by the respondents before end of April, 2018.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
