DATE : 03.08.2021 PER COURT :- Applicant was heard extensively on 2nd August, 2021, whereafter learned counsel for the applicants sought time for instructions to withdraw the application. Today, learned counsel withdrew the application of applicant No.1.

Application of applicant No.1 is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

So far as the applicant No.2 is concerned, the frst information report does not attribute overt act to the applicant No.2, who is 21 year old student, with no criminal antecedents. In consideration of these facts, pre-arrest bail is granted to applicant No.2 on the following conditions. Thus, the order.

ORDER

(1) Anticipatory Bail Application of applicant No.1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

(2) In the event of arrest of the Applicant No.2- Mahesh S/o Balaji Lokhande, in connection with Crime No. 153/2021 registered with Mukhed Police Station, District Nanded for the ofences punishable under Sections 397, 386 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(3) The Applicant No.2 shall join the investigation as and when called.

Application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of accordingly.
