The learned Advocate for the Applicant / original Petitioner points out that there are certain erroneous dates typed in the first paragraph of the order dated 25th April, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No.4659 of 2023, as well as, the word "widow" is wrongly typed in

907 ca.10837.2023.odt place of the word "son". These corrections are required only in paragraph No.1 of the order dated 25th April, 2023. 2.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The corrected paragraph No.1 shall read as under:- "The Petitioner's father passed away on 1st August, 2021. He was working as a Senior Clerk with Sarvajanik Vidyalaya Sarabate since 13th June, 1990. The Petitioner son applied for compassionate appointment on 28th September, 2021. The only grievance put forth is that the application is pending and the management is not responding."
