Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. Perused the impugned order. For non compliance of order to remove office objection, the application was dismissed before issuance of notice. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections. 2.

Considering the submissions advanced and the fact stated in the application, I am inclined to allow the application. Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Original application is restored to the original number. List the application for hearing on 11th October, 2017.
