We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners. The learned counsel submits that, the Tribunal has come to the conclusion that the petitioners are transferred on posts with lower pay scale, which is not permissible, still the Tribunal only protected the pay scale, however, did not stay the transfer orders. 2.

The learned A. G. P. submit that, if the pay scale of petitioners is protected, then the petitioners cannot make any grievance about the transfer orders.

We have perused the orders passed by the Tribunal. The impugned orders appear to be ad-interim orders. After that adinterim orders are passed, notices have been issued to respondents. The respondents are required to be heard. It does not seem that, the final orders are passed as yet. 4.

In the light of the above, it would be inappropriate to entertain the present writ petitions. The petitioners can make their submissions after service of notice to respondents. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, the matters are now kept on 17.06.2015. The petitioners can
