ORDER

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr.A. D. Pawar, learned counsel for the appellant / original appellant is present. Mr. Abhijit G. Choudhari, learned counsel for Respondent / Insurance Company is present. Appellant / Original Claimant is present.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identifcation. 3.

As such the appeal is disposed of in terms of the said compromise terms (Article- 'X').

The respondent- Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of compensation as per compromise terms Article -'X' within a period of four weeks from today before the Tribunal. 5.

The claimant i.e. the present appellant is entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation in terms of award passed by this Court within a period of four weeks after the amount is deposited by respondent / Insurance Company.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7.
