By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for grant of time bound promotion and the early increments for the period 2000 to 2010. 3.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that the petitioner has already made representations to the management on 11.10.2007, 25.07.2016 and 27.02.2018 thereby requesting the management to grant the said benefits. The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 also submits that the said representation addressed by the petitioner would be decided on its own merits within a period of three (3) months from today.

We accept the said statement and direct Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to decide the said representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from today. 5.
