The petitioner ought not to have filed the present petition. The subsequent letter is sequel to the proclamation dated 10.08.2017. The

As the writ petition challenging the proclamation dated 10.08.2017 is already pending, we dispose of the present writ petition. The petitioner may take appropriate steps in the pending writ petition.
