The petitioners claim to be students. According to the petitioners, their tribe claims are pending since October 2019. The petitioners have appeared for NEET and CET examinations. They are exploring possibility of admission to professional course.

Petitioners seek direction against Respondent No.2-Committee to decide their tribe claim. We have heard the learned AGP for Respondents. Considering the fact that the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to professional course, we pass the following order:

{3} Respondent No.2-Committee may endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claims of the petitioners by 20th October,2020. The petitioners shall appear before Respondent No.2-Committee on 18th September, 2020. Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
