This is an application filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of F.I.R. No. 291 of 2022, registered with Pachora Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r.w. 34 of I.P.C. and the consequential proceedings bearing R.C.C. No. 261 of 2022 pending before the learned J.M.F.C. Pachora.

The learned advocate for the applicants and learned A.P.P. submit that the applicants are the husband, wife and other in-laws and now they are residing together, as the matter is settled between them.

The applicant Nos. 1 and 2, who are husband and wife, respectively, are present in the Court. They reiterate the averments

Considering the fact that the matter is compromised between the parties, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
