It is submitted that, the petitioner has filed validation proceeding in October 2020 with the Committee. The petitioner intends to appear for NEET examination and explore the possibilities of admission to the professional course. The petitioner seeks directions to the Committee to decide the validation proceeding immediately.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The Committee shall consider that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course and endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by end of August 2021. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 09th
