Jahagirdar, learned counsel for the Applicant, who submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present Application filed for regular bail, in view of the fact that, during pendency of present Application, the Investigating Officer has filed the Charge-Sheet, therefore, he prays that liberty be given to the Applicant to file an Application afresh before the trial court, for bail. Permission is granted.
