3.
The learned A.P.P. would submit that the deceased died within three months of her marriage. There is concrete evidence of the informant and the relations of the deceased to indicate that the deceased had been continuously ill-treated for one or other reason. He specifically wanted to point-out the incident dated 20th September, 2021 i.e. three day before the deceased committed suicide.
4.
Considered the submissions advanced. It is true that the deceased committed suicide within three months of her marriage. It is very unfortunate. There is no suicide note. Whatever has been averred in the F.I.R. is based on what was narrated by the deceased to the informant. The fatherin-law of the deceased has been granted bail. One of the applicant herein is the mother-in-law of the deceased. On investigation the charge-sheet has been filed. It will take time for commencement of trial and resultant conclusion thereof. The applicants have been behind the bars for about ten months.
5.
In view of above, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence I pass the following order :-
