Learned counsel for applicant states that inadvertently there had been a miss on request for return of amount deposited in the matter while petition was being withdrawn with a view to enable applicant/petitioner to prosecute representation. 2.

While aforesaid is not in dispute, we deem it appropriate to allow application in terms of prayer clause (B). 3.

As such, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.
