DATE: 30th July, 2019 PER COURT:- In Civil Application Nos.11069 of 2012 and 7034 of 2016 leave to correct the names of legal heirs of respective deceased respondents.

Civil Application Nos.11069 of 2012, 7034 of 2016 and 7895 of 2019, are filed for taking on record the legal heirs of the respective deceased respondents.

{2} WP 3307 OF 1998 & ORS The learned Counsel Shri M.M.Patil (Beedkar) appearing for other respondents in the matter, on instructions received to him from instructing counsel Shri Devanand Bhaskarrao Aradhye, who is present in the Court, submits that he would cause appearance for the legal heirs of deceased respondents, who are intended to be brought on record in the aforesaid civil applications.

In view of the submission so made, Civil Application Nos. 11069 of 2012, 7034 of 2016 and 7895 of 2019 are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks. The delay caused in filing these applications is condoned. Abatement, if any, stands set aside.

Shri M.M.Patil (Beedkar), learned Counsel waives service of notice for all those respondents, who are to be brought on record. Service to those respondents, therefore, held complete. Civil Application Nos.11069 of 2012, 7034 of 2016 and 7895 of 2019 stand disposed of.

Civil Application No.7896 of 2019 shall be heard alongwith Writ Petition.

{3} WP 3307 OF 1998 & ORS It is also submitted by learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that mistake has occurred in recording the names of legal heirs of deceased respondent No.6 namely Bhaskar Kisan Aradhye. Leave is sought to correct the names of legal heirs of deceased Bhaskar Kisan Aradhye. Leave granted as prayed for. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. Learned Counsel Shri M.M.Patil (Beedkar), on instructions, submits that he will cause appearance for the said legal heirs. Service to legal heirs of deceased respondent No.6, therefore, held complete.
