The petitioner - management is awaiting permission to continue with the course of Crop Science for the academic year 202324. Its appeal is pending with the respondent no. 2 - Director of Vocational Education and Training since 03-09-2022. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the deficiencies pointed out by lower authorities have also been rectified and it would place the supporting documents before the respondent no. 2 - appellate authority which he claims to be a part of the appeal and director may verify such compliance before taking a final decision. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
