In First Appeal as well as in Civil Application for stay, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13.01.2021. 3.

So far as Civil Application for stay is concerned, the learned counsel for the applicant - insurer submits that the applicant - insurer is ready to deposit the entire amount under award in this Court.

In view of the above, the effect, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award under

appeal is hereby stayed on condition of depositing the entire amount under the award along with interest, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of this order, in this Court, failing which, interim stay granted by this order, shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 5.

Office note shows that the appeal is filed within time. Hence, the Civil Application filed for condonation of delay does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed off. (V. K. JADHAV, J.) ...
