Mrs.Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was declared surplus and since 14 years, the respondents have not taken any steps for absorption of the present petitioner. The petitioner was working in a handicap school which is closed down. The learned counsel submits that even representations are given from time to time, however, the respondents have not paid any heed to the same. 2] Learned Additional Govt.Pleader states that the respondent no.2 would take decision on the representation given by petitioner expeditiously.
3] In light of above, we pass following order :
a] Respondent no.2 shall take decision on the representation (Exh.D) filed by the petitioner
