This is an application for condonation of delay of 294 days in preferring appeal against judgment and award dated 15.04.2016 in LAR No.107 of 2005.

The poor financial condition and adverse social condition of the applicants-claimants is pressed into service as a cause which prevented the applicants from preferring appeal within time.

For the reasons assigned in the application and in order to advance cause of substantive justice, the delay deserves to be condoned.

Hence, following order :- The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
