The Petitioners seek a correction in their caste record which presently indicates as Hindu Maratha (Kunbi). They desire that the word 'Kunbi' be deleted as it was not existing in their father's record.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 24.08.2022. The learned AGP and the learned Advocate waives service of notice on

All office objections shall be removed on or before 11.08.2022, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 12.08.2022.
