1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have appeared for CET Examination. The results are also declared. The validation proceedings are pending before the Committee. The petitioners have fled say to the Vigilance Report also, but the proceedings are not decided. Last year also, proceedings were not decided and the petitioners lost the year. 2] Considering the above, we pass the following order :- [a] The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 22nd September, 2020. The Committee shall, thereafter, decide the validation proceedings within one month.

[b] With the above directions, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No orders as to costs.
