The parties have amicably settled the dispute before the mediation. However, the rights of the son were involved. Hence, the son was directed to file an affidavit. He has filed the affidavit contending that the settlement terms are correct and it was settled with his consent.

The matter was referred to the mediation. The mediation was successful. The Mediator sent the report along with the settlement terms. It be made a part of the record. 3.
In view of the settlement terms, the matter is liable to be disposed off. Hence, the following order :
