Heard learned counsel for the applicant. None appears for the contesting parties.

Applicant seeks to condone delay of 100 days in preferring an appeal for the reasons stated in the application. There is no contest to the application. I do not find any malafides on the part of the applicant in filing appeal belatedly. 3.

It is informed by learned counsel for the applicant that his client is unable to deposit the amount and he is seeking further time to deposit the amount. Delay stands condoned on condition that applicant deposits the amount within the extended period.

Civil application for delay is allowed.

Call for Record and Proceedings from the concerned Court.

Parties shall be at liberty to file relevant papers, if any. In Civil Application for Stay 8.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks further time for depositing the amount.

As a last indulgence, time is extended by four (4) weeks for depositing the amount with accrued interest. If the amount is not deposited within the extended period, ad-interim relief granted earlier shall stand vacated automatically without reference to the Court.

Needless to state that, till then, ad-interim relief shall continue.
