Since the matter relates to recording of revenue entries, it would be open to the petitioner to approach the District Level Committee constituted under the Circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner on 13.02.2015. If the petitioner tenders proper application to the District Level Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee may take appropriate decision or may issue appropriate directions, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
