Our attention is drawn to the order dated 8th April, 2021 passed by this Court, which reads as under :

"

None appears for the petitioners on call.

Mr. Talhar, learned Assistant Solicitor General is present on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. He submits that contrary to the grievance expressed by the petitioners, respondent No.1 has appointed official liquidator to look after the affairs of Shrinath Multi State Urban Co-op. Credit Society Ltd., Ahmednagar. Petitioners can approach the official liquidator for redressal of their grievance. 3.

However, since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, we adjourn this matter on 27th April, 2021."

The learned Advocate for the petitioners has sought preponing of the hearing of this matter on the ground that this petition can be disposed of in the light of the order dated 21-01-2018 No. R-11017/40/2018- L & M,

05-WP-6527-19.odt Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare (Office of Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies), signed by Mr. Vivek Aggarwal, Central Registrar of Co-operative Societies, on 21st January, 2020, i.e. after two years of the preparation of the said order.

The above said order dated 21-08-2018, signed on 21-01-2020, is taken on record and marked as "X-1" for identification. 4.

The learned AGP has placed on record the typed Marathi notings to indicate that steps are taken by the liquidator in this matter. The same is marked as 'X-2' for identification.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The liquidator shall submit the quarterly report to the authority, in view of the directions in X-1 and he is also expected to complete the liquidation proceedings within time frame. If he finds himself short of time, he may take recourse to the remedy as is permissible under law.
