This Court, vide order dated 16.07.2024, issued notice to the respondent, returnable on 01.08.2025. However, this Court noted that learned counsel for the applicant had failed to supply spare copies and, therefore, notice was not issued. Learned counsel for the applicant undertook to supply the spare copies and, accordingly, two weeks' time was granted thereafter for issuance of fresh notice to the respondent.

2.

This Court, vide order dated 03.11.2025, again took note of the fact that the applicant had not taken any steps and, therefore, granted two weeks' time to take appropriate steps for removal of office objections.
