Order :- Heard the learned counsel for applicant No.1- Acquiring Body and the learned counsel for respondent No.1 (original claimant) as well as learned AGP for respondents No.2 and 3. Perused the applications. 2.

It has been submitted that the applicant- Acquiring Body has already deposited the entire compensation amount in the appeal in this Court. Therefore, he prayed to grant stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court till final adjudication of appeal on merit. 3.

In view of aforesaid submission about depositing of decreetal amount in this Court, there is no impediment to allow the application. Hence, applications for stay stand allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. The execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court is hereby stayed till further order. The civil applications stand disposed of accordingly. [ K. K.
