The amount payable to the minor applicant No.2 Rohan be deposited in any of the Nationalsed Banks of his mother's choice, until he attains majority. It is informed that, the mother of the deceased died way back in 2017. The amount of compensation, therefore, be paid to the applicant No.1. Civil Application is disposed of.
