The applicants seek to condone the delay of 481 days caused in filing the appeal. Perusal of the reasons stated in the application shows that the delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons. Respondent has not controverted the reasons as stated in the application. There is nothing to depict that delay is intentional or applicant has derived any advantage by making the delay. Hence, the case is made out to condone the delay. The application is allowed. Delay of 481 days caused in filing appeal, is condoned. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any. 3.

On registration, First Appeal is admitted.
