This petition can be disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide pending suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No. 268/2011 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and, it is accordingly directed.

This Court, while directing issuance of notice on 28.07.2014, directed both the parties to maintain status quo. The interim order passed by this Court is operative for a period of more than three years. In this view of the matter, interim order passed by this Court on 28.07.2014 shall continue to operate until disposal of the suit. Both the parties undertake to cooperate the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the suit.
