Learned APP Ms Mantri tenders copy of the order dated 13/02/2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad in Criminal Case No.446/2003 wherein the said case has been disposed of and it also acknowledges that the present petitioner is expired. 2.
